Notes for Clients Before Joining the Plan

  1. Services are subject to working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Services outside these hours require a separate quotation; details are available in the quotation form.
  2. The system must be fully operational when joining the plan. If the system has pre-existing issues, repairs must be completed first before the maintenance application is accepted.
  3. Repairs do not cover irreparable damages (e.g., man-made or natural damage), data recovery, password restoration, hardware/software repairs, or costs for new installations.
  4. Our company shall not be liable for any losses (including property, data, and other intangible losses) arising from the repaired installations of your company or organization.
